Either you manually checked this option, or it may have been checked if you set your security or privacy settings to higher than default levels. The Trainer Manager and Cheat Happens website both utilize SSL for all web pages and content. When this option is checked, it prevents some SSL (encrypted) pages from being written on the disk or to the cache. The setting can be found within Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced > 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' Having this option turned on may result in some web content not displaying correctly or not at all.
The Trainer Manager uses the IE/Edge browser API to render web-based content within the app. The default setting is OFF but in your case it is set to ON.
